USA will strive to obtain and maintain competition among responsible suppliers and to establish strategic and critical supplier relations where appropriate. USA will maintain a reasonable base of suppliers who provide best value to the Company and its customers. The Company will deal fairly with and give reasonable assistance to its suppliers.

The policy of the Company is that small business suppliers, including those owned and controlled by women and by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, shall have the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in the procurement process for the company's purchases of materials, supplies, and services, consistent with the goals of the company and its customers.
