The export of all of the products, technical data and services of the USA organization is controlled by various United States laws and regulations in the interest of national security and foreign policy considerations. It is USA's policy to comply in all respects with the laws and regulations in the pursuit of our business whether in the United States or abroad. This includes export requirements of various government agencies including NASA, Department of State, Department of Commerce, and others as applicable.

United Space Alliance holds its vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors accountable for compliance with U.S. Export Laws and Regulations. USA requires prior approval be obtained for the export of any controlled technical data provided under a contract.

Furthermore, in compliance with its obligations under contracts with the U.S. government, information concerning the citizenship or immigrant status of vendor, supplier, or subcontractor personnel and the status of a company's ownership will be required. This will be requisite before commencement of performance and at any time thereafter, before substituting or adding new personnel to work or in the event a company is sold.
