Access to the USA Supplier Portal requires a User ID and Password and is currently limited to USA’s Suppliers and Partners. To establish an account, contact your USA Procurement agent to request a letter of invitation. Once you have received a letter of invitation, you must complete the following 3 steps in order to participate in the RFx process:

Step 1:
Assign a Point of Contact for your Company
|

A Company Point of Contact (POC) is required to register with USA. The POC approves access to USA systems for employees within their company. The Company code, sent to you by USA, is required to access the POC registration form.
Register as a POC for your company.

Step 2:
Register to access the Electronic Solicitation area
|
|
|
Once a POC has been established for your company, users can sign up to access the Electronic Solicitation application. POC approval is required to access this area. The Company code, available from your POC, is required to access the AP test registration form.
Request access to the Electronic Solicitation Area.

Login to the Electronic Solicitation area
